Closing The Digital Gap, a non profit 501(c)3 organization since year 2002, offers various senior programs during Saturday sessions and spring and fall of the year, along with special topics arranged at various locations during winter and spring breaks. Training is available to Michigan residents in conjunction with community centers, associations, churches, nursing homes, non-profits, and local entities upon request. Funding for these programs have come from local and private donors and generous donations from participants and their families.

Computer Literacy has been a part of Closing The Digital Gap since it’s beginnings. However, Surfing Seniors, Digital Legacies, along with Virtual Visitations with distant family members has been in existence over the past 5-7 years with pilot programs being ran throughout Michigan.
